The benefits of this package are that all issues are resolved on a proactive basis and consulting fees are lower. Technical Support services will be provided at predefined times during a one month period. The level of support coverage you receive and the predetermined rate is based on a one year contract. In addition to an assigned backup resource, your primary technical analyst will draw upon additional resources to ensure that your problems are resolved quickly and accurately the first time.
